HARDEEP CHUDHEY, CPA, CGA
A Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lucknow University propelled Hardeep into a successful career with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants servicing major corporate clients. With a CA designation quickly earned, he became proficient in client accounting, audit, and tax preparation.
His move to Canada in 2005 presaged a rapid climb on the corporate ladder, to a position as Controller with a TSX listed company. During this period he pursued further studies in Canadian Taxation and Corporate Finance and soon added a CGA designation to his arsenal. His further studies also secured certification in International Financial Reporting Standards, from the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants, a necessary requirement for Public Company reporting compliance.
GRAHAM LOWMAN, PAdm., FSCA, ACIS
Formerly from the UK, Graham grew up in the hospitality business and trained as a Management Accountant. He was employed in the the Music and Film industries before coming to Canada, where a change in direction led him to become proficient in production and cost accounting.
He later became CFO with a major National Accounting Partnership, and from there returned to the hospitality business, before pursuing an entrepreneural foray into the high-tech world of computer gaming. He was later instrumental in taking his company public and is well versed in the requirements of TSX compliance reporting.
Also an accredited Corporate Secretary, Graham is now retired, but continues to support the business narrative requirements of Hardeep's clients. Operating as "Mascot Associates", he now provides a wide range of writing and editing functions for small businesses.
